“Summer of Hope’ Walk.
On Saturday 21st August 2021, members of Wickford and Runwell MU, walked a circular route of the town. The route of 14.5kms, (the Mothers Union being 145 years old), went past every members home. 7 members completed the whole route and many others walked large parts of it. Every member was able to join in and all received a flower for their garden. Monies raised will go to the “Summer of Hope” campaign.
